MDX 9.0c / C# : Convert Vector4 to Vector3

Using: MDX 9.0c, C# I have a small application to procedurally generate coordinates for triangles. I have been using the Vector4 structure to store the verticies and the PositionColored construct to draw them. I would like to convert the structures to untransformed Vector3 and start working in world space. After reading some online resources, I believe I will need to create a class to convert the screen coordinates I currently have to Vector3 world space. Is this correct? If so, would someone be willing to help me out by sharing a link to an online resources or reply with some leads to a possible solution? I am working in the left-handed coordinate plane. Salute!
