D3D Device Creating Problem

I'm using Managed Extensions for DirectX 9.0 . And I have trouble with how to create an D3d device.
It is difficult to help you with your current description, or lack there-of.
In order to get the most helpful replies, you might consider posting the following.
A more detailed description of what the problem is
What do you mean by you are having trouble? You cannot get the code to compile? You have no code? The code throws an exception?
A description of what language and tools you are using
Are you using C++, C#, VB?
