You mean like 100101010101001001010101001?

I am going to go out on a limb and say... no, no one does.

If you mean assembly, it would depend on what type of assembler language you want to learn.

assembly language is for any practical purpose exactly the same as machine language. You can determine the precise machine language generated for any assembly operation (you'll never need to), but you don't have to remember a string of ones and zeroes or hex digits.
