If i use the VS2005 built in Conversion Wizard as they are VS6 examples it works fine but if i recreate the code myself i get those errors :( This is the Code

turn off UNICODE in project settings. by default it is switched. however, i suggest using a find and replace all "string literal"s with TEXT("string literals") and use the tchar.h macro string functions. this way, you can compile your programs in any mode.
