[.net] Managed DirectInput and my DLL

I have written a Class Library containing some general stuff for my gaming engine like Sprites and mouse or keyboard input. I used MDX 2.0 first (i know it is beta), but the DirectInput.GetBufferData() method doesn't work. So i switched back to MDX 1.1. I took some changes needed for MDX 1.1 and started my project, that worked with MDX 2.0. But now i get a error: LoaderLock was detected. I tried it in a normal Windows Application and it works. This error occurs only when I use managed DirectInput inside a DLL. Can I fix this problem, not just disabling the warning message, or have I use DirectInput only outside a DLL. Thank you in advance.

Does anyone know, when the non-beta version of MDX 2.0 appiers?
I have heard, that the DirectX February 2006 SDK should contain it, but it is still beat.
