i am trying to host a game either like runescape mercenarylords or utopia does anyone know any good website hosts if you are not willing to pay?

Er... good luck finding one. Those servers cost alot.

ok then well can't you have people advertise on your site to help with the pay?

Sure but that's not part of your contract with the hosting company. You will need to pay them to keep the site up and running. You will need to pay them before you have any advertisers (advertisers are not going to pay you for a site that doesn't exist yet).
