animation keyframes

I am reading the keyframes from tiny's standard walk animation. I noticed that each keyframe just contains a transformation matrix. When dealing with animation I should do interpolations on the translation, scaling vectors and rotation quaternion. How do I get this from the transformation matrix supplied in the keyframes?

Ah, thanks a bunch! I knew there probably was some D3DX function for it.

Edit: And now my animation interpolation works like a charm, btw! =)
