3D file formats 3DS, DXF...?

Teh MilkShape3D file format is real easy to use.You should check that out.Once you get a little bit more comfortable with file formats,I suggest you write your own.

Gecko is dead on. But make sure to start with the ascii file format of milkshape3d. It''s really really easy to read and understand.

And milkshape is a steal at $20 for registration. . .
