Couldn't you just use glTranslatef to do that ?

Now I have to move the whole eye(globe) coordinate system forwards/backwards but the display position on the windows client of some a point in the eye(globe) coordinate system could not move, how to do?

Many thanks!

glPushMatrix() and glPopMatrix() could be what you are looking for

Draw Stuff with origin1
glPushMatrix()
Move Origin, and draw something else at this new origin2
glPopMatrix()
Draw Stuff relitive to orgin1 again
