Do you know ANYTHING? If you haven't done ANY C++, then I would start out learning C++ by buying a book. Do that for AT least a few months to become familiar with C++. Then I would start learning OpenGL by looking up "Red Book" in google.

If you know C++ though, look up "Red Book"

Well, this just covers the 3D part, no C++, but NeHe is a good OpenGL source.

And C Plus Plus.com has some nice tutorials on C++. Other than that, Google is your friend.

But you should probably just buy a C++ book first. Pretty much any book will be fine.

Based on your prior post, you are not ready to produce 3D games. Head to the For Beginners board and ask about how to get started with game development in general.
