Does anyone know what organization would be the top authority for C/C++/C# programming certifications? or what employers are looking for to verify competenancy for these languages?

You could start with Brainbench or you can subscribe by Microsoft and enter C/C++ certifcate. I believe it costs 200 euro and it lasts for maximum of two years.

Well, I don'tknow about C++ or C but Microsoft would be the place to go for C# certifications.
