What code should I use to terminate a program? like I'm running on program, it gets a signal in, and it executes another program and when executed it goes back? :-) something like
int pass;

//therm is passing the tester
cout<<"Please wait updating";
Terminate pass.exe
cout<<"Display updated!"

ifstream b_file ( "pass.ini" );
b_file >> pass;

cout<<"Therms that passed the test: "<< pass;
