I just started learning directx-programming with managed directx9. i use the kickstart-book from tom miller. now i face the following problem: when i want to compile the first example i get the german compiler error message: Fehler 1 Der Typ "Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D.Device" ist sowohl in "c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\DirectX for Managed Code\1.0.2902.0\Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D.dll" als auch in "c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\DirectX for Managed Code\2.0.0.0_x86\Microsoft.DirectX.dll" vorhanden. which means the compiler doesn´t know which one of the 2 .dlls should be included to the project. just using v2.0.0.0_x86 throws out a lot of other compiler errors. how can i solve the problem? Uninstalling directx9 (dec2005) doesn´t fix the error. excuse my bad english, thanks in advance. bra
