I have a question If i want to make main menu with 2 option START EXIT and background I have to make 3 quads put on them textures and key press events ??????????????

If you want answers, you must precise your question. wich language are you using? wich graphic API (opengl? directx). are you programing for windows, linux ?
Then We would be happy to answer you.
