[d3d10] System Values

Hello guys, I'm wondering if you have managed to use System Value IsFrontFace. I'm working with the 5308 CTP of Vista (latest dx sdk) and it just doesn't work, it returns allways false. (btw i don't use GS in my technique, so this pipeline stage is set to NULL) I'm using it this way but maybe i'm wrong :
PS_OUTPUT PS(PS_INPUT input, bool isFrontFace : SV_IsFrontFace)
{
	PS_OUTPUT ouput = (PS_OUTPUT)0;

	// Compute

	if(isFrontFace)
	{
		...
	}
	else
	{
		...
	}
	return output;
}
any help appreciated !

You might well want to get yourself onto the DX Beta Program - microsoft.beta.d3d.misc newsgroup is currently the best place to ask D3D10 qustions [smile]

Have you checked the assembly output? Make sure there's the appropriate declaration:

dcl_input_sgv v0.x , primitive_id

I don't have an example for IsFrontFace, but it should be similar.

I say this because there is a bug where SV_PrimitiveID can't be used in the GS stage because of the compiler. Maybe theres something similar going on here?
