Point Sprites from a shader

Hey Guys! I am currently working on a vp40 particle system, I got my render to textures to work, and the vertex shader texture fetch, now I need to know how to actually render the points... I set the size in the vertexShader, but what are the proper calls in a pixelShader for setting the particle or point sprite texture? also, with Ogl 2.0, just calling DrawArrays(points,0,NumPoints); is enough, right? The positions and size are set in the vertex shader... I just need a little hint on the pShader. Thanks! -Rhone

yes, provided you set everything up correctly that'll draw them.

As for texturing point sprites, I'm not sure... there is something you have todo to make it work, but I can't recall what it is atm or even where I read it...

Maybe a search on the opengl.org forum will throw something up..
