Memory Management for Runtime memory

I am working on 3D game for making my Program work with using less memory at run time. I am creating a world in which I creating a large Ground mesh of 2D Images and place 3D model of fighter plane. I have two Question to ask. Q1: I am making my Ground with two images One image is 256x256 which act as whole world. In this case for avoiding pixel..ation I had used another Image of 64x64 which is used repeated as tiled floor. all in all I am using both and this made my Ground better 2nd Image (which is used as tiled floor repeatedly) use more as I increase its repetition. Q2: my model is very complex 3d model of 625 vertex but I want this model same as it is. for less memory consumption by this model following solution is right or i have decrease its triangles.... Solution: i will divide fighter model in three parts 225 vertices ,200 vertices , 200vertices and after this collect them in one group and use in the program Regards, - Rajiv
