I have a better machine and it wont go over ~54 FPS. With VSync on, its only 30. Strange.

There's nothing strange getting 30FPS with VSync on if your base FPS is less than 60 and your monitor is at 60.
I'm getting 206 FPS

2.8GHz P4 w/ 1GB RAM & 9800 Pro

.. and doing streaming MP3 playback

Nice work!

1. Please turn off DX debug in the control plane.
2. Turn off sampler ANISOTROPIC

Try again please.
Ofc I tried it like that to begin with.

Links seem to be broken. Is there source code, or is it just an exe?
