can't find Flash ActiveX API documentation

I have found many sites informally demonstrating the Shockwave Flash control's methods and properties, but what I am looking for is an MSDN/JavaDoc style API reference. Does anyknow know where I can find this information? What do all the MFC programmers use? Intellisense . complete?

It will create a .tlb .tlh file with the flash headers.
