Problems with GL_LINES (beginner question)

Hi, Im trying to draw a cube within OpenGL, however when I change the camera from its default position, the lines become all distorted (seems like some lines aren''t being drawn). However, when I use GL_POINTS, the points are in the correct positions, even when i use glRotatef. I have tried GL_LINE_LOOP to no avail. Any ideas?

if u wanna draw wireframe cube draw the cube so
to draw it solid use

perhaps you''re seeing the depth of view as distortion change the projection matrix to an orthogonal one ie glOrtho(..)
