make things easier? i am currently digging my way through a sample game, trying to understand the typical code layout. i therefore printed out all the 12 includes and 12 src files. i was wondering if there may be a program out there where i can input all the src and inc and have it put out a book or diagram that shows sort of all the relationships/definitions etc... if you are looking at alot of code, what are your first steps in reaaranging things to make things easier to understand?

I usually check the documentation and any UML diagrams that the author has. This can be auto generated with programs such as Doxygen.

If it is just pure source, as I go through the code I would draw (on pencil and paper) the class diagrams.
