A quad with a constant texture size.
I am trying to make a quad with a texture. I need this texture to be a normal 3x3 size. I don't want the image to stretch to the quad size. How would you do so?
Ex: I need an animated moving background. This back ground has one image. The quad will be moving then back to it's start position to give the illusion of moving. The bitmaps on it will be exact 3x3 size, but have tiled the quad smoothly. Is there any TexParameter functions or techniques to do this?
