New RPG Developing Library

A few months ago I decided to create my own MMORPG (2D), but I realised that it was too difficult and I needed a big amount of money to develop one. So, finally I want to create a .NET library that would make this task easier (i'm sorry about the errors of this text, I speak spanish). These are the ideas: It would have an own DirectX engine. It would control the collitions. It would create the surface (tiled). It would control the illuminations. It would control the scrolling. It would manage the NPC's and give them automated movements and answers. Well, I didn't explain every detail of my project (because I don't have time to do that), but at least is the main idea. Please tell me what you thing about it. Federico.

No offense, but that sounds fairly generic. If you aren't going to give you the details as to what makes it a good, solid engine, how can we critique it? As well, why start a post if you don't "have the time" to finish it?

Post some more information about your plan, and maybe we can help some more.
