mesa has the 1.2 headers
under windows just include glext.h in your file your card should have the 1.2 libs with it.
if u wanna see how to setup extension check out a few demos on me site. also opengl appwizard will build a project with extension already setup(only for vc)

Am I wrong or can''t you get the OpenGL dll''s, libs and headers on www.openGL.org? There it was where I got mine a long time ago...
AP - I think that OpenGL 1.2 _IS_ included with Win2k already...the Creative utils with my GeForce2 card reported that I had version 1.20 of OpenGL...
MS is at 1.1 in all products. The driver for your geforce supports 1.2.
