Colorkey in 32Bits mode?

Hi! Why is it not possible to set Colorkeys in 32 bits mode? I have tested it in both 16bit and 32bit but it doesn''t seems to work in 32bit.. the colorkey (255,0,255) is still visible. Thanks in advance!
