VS2003 fails to install: Frontpage 2000 extensions

I'm having a weird error on the Frontpage 2000 extensions when installing MSVC 2003. It installs all the prereqs, but it fails on the FP2000 Extensions with this in the error log:
I have no idea what's the problem. This is a clean installed machine(1.5 weeks old). It has all the latest service packs, and Office 2003 isntalled.
Any ideas on how to overcome this error?

Check the VS2003 read me ($DRIVE$:\readme.htm) - there's a manual installation procedure to bypass this particular error (FAQ 5.25).

I'm doing that now, but I get:
