2 Meshes side-by-side show junction (dot line)

Hi ! I have different 3D meshes that I connect side-by-side like the Lego (construction-block toy for kids). The problem is that I see a dot-line "crack in the wall" between each meshes (I see the jointure). I suspect that the small problem comes from the math of matrices (float value with mutiplication and round-up or truncature). So, connecting 2 meshes side-by-side is NOT PERFECT. Is there any way with DirectX 9.0 to make a perfect connection like "soldering" ?
