Front Buffer Copying

Recommended Posts

Hey Guys, Is there anyway to just copy the front buffer to a texture or store it somewhere so it can be used as a texture or screenshot? Preferably with no extensions and only a few lines of code would be much appreciated. Thanks very much

See glReadPixels. Just to warn you, it is painfully slow on most hardware.

... but necessary in a copy-to-texture setup. :(
