surface normalls
i''m reletavly new to DX8 and i''m experimenting with different things in DX8.
i want to write a small (and crappy) flying combat in space game.
What i want to do is have an omni-directinal (point) light where the player is and have other point lights where the other ships rocket engines are.
I realize that for lighting to work properly you need surface normals. I''m using an ID3DXMesh8 for the ship. How can i add surface noramals to that?
