Hi, I'm having trouble setting up a VS 2005 express solution using 2 projects. I've seen instances where people have added 2 projects, (Engine) and (Game) to a Visual Studio solution and I've been trying to do the same set up myself. I have created two projects using the app wizard, selecting "Win32 application" and "empty project" for each (it's a DirectX 9 game). I have set up the project dependencies so that (Game) depends on (Engine) and I have checked that the build order is correct, (Engine) before (Game). The problem I have is when (Game) #includes header files from (Engine). (Engine) compiles first with no errors, but when (Game) compiles it effectively behaves as if the related .cpp files in (Engine) are missing and I get unresolved external symbols. Have I missed something?
