[.net] [MDX] MissingFieldException

So I've looked through all the MDX tutorials I can find, and I can't figure out the problem, but it should be pretty simple. When I initialize the Direct3D device:
presentParams = new PresentParameters();
device = new Device(0, DeviceType.Hardware, window, CreateFlags.SoftwareVertexProcessing, presentParams);

It either gives a MissingFieldException, or it complains that Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D.dll is causing LoaderLock. [headshake] Thanks for the help!

It's probably the buggy LoaderLock thingy that you can read about here.

To 'fix' the bug, just goto Debug -> Exceptions... -> Managed debug assistants and uncheck LoaderLock.
