You can find the FLT spec on Wotsit.org.

Thanks a lot,
but I need some part of code to load these models at run-time in fact.
Having a file format's specifications allows you to write that code yourself. If you don't want to go through the trouble of writing your own library for it, you will need to use someone else's. MultiGen-Paradigm (the creator's of the OpenFlight format) seem to have their own API for working with FLT files but you have to contact their sales department for more information on it (leading me to believe you have to pay to use it). If you want an open-source library you will have to do more googling; I'm not sure if one exists however and I have no clue on the legality of one's existence.

Take a look at OpenSceneGraph. It is opensource, and is capable of loading openflight models. Just remember, if you take code from the OSG database loader (which is where model loading is done), you MUST credit the original creators of the code. Just read the license file attached with it, the details are in there.
