I built a dll, it works fine on my computer, registers fine, etc. When I try it on another computer, it fails to register with an error that: LoadLibrary(<the path to the dll here>) failed - This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem So, is there something fancy one has to do to distrubute a dll to another machine that I failed to to? Thanks!! Cheers

Hey, go to Project.Properties.C/C++.Code Generation and choose "Multi-Threaded" (optionally debug) as your runtime library, maybe that'll fix it. This is in VS2005.
