In an application that I am currently writing it is nessissary at some points to hold a sound for a period of time, that is loop over and over again over the same point in a music file until the go ahead is given. Currently I am using SDL_mixer for sound, if anyone knows how best to go about this that would be great. If this is not possible in SDL_mixer I would love to hear of some other librarys capable of this. I was looking at OpenAL but it seems to be over kill as I am not doing any kind of 3d sound minipulation. Thanks for the help [grin] [Edited by - raptorstrike on July 3, 2006 3:54:23 PM]
