[3dmax] pflow API

im wanting to get access to the pflow stuff inside of max so i can export pflow particle systems in to my engine, how ever there seems to be a lack of info on how to get this data, this is about all 'ive managed to extract after some investigation:
IPFSystemPool* systemPool = GetPFSystemPool();
	for (int i = 0; i < systemPool->NumPFSystems(); ++i)
		INode* n = systemPool->GetPFSystem(i);
so now im wondering how to actually get any further :-/ any one with some experience here?
