Shader version

ARB_shading_language_100 is part of the old extensions for GLSL
You can ignore it because GLSL is now part of the core.
It's version is 1.10 for the moment

If you want to determine if you have SM 2.0 or SM 3.0 hardware, there is a dirty way to do it.
