Is it possible to use Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 for anytype of game development????

VSC++2K3 is just an IDE and Compiler, of course you can do 'any type of game development', pretty much.

That is, you can make any 'genre' of games in it. You can't however, make 'web-based' games with it for example as the editor is not primarily intended for that ( no syntax highlighting etc. ).

Also, board game development is beyond it's scope as well ;-)
