c# direct3d sprite transformation problem

I am using an object from Sprite class and i want to draw and transform: sprite.Begin(); sprite.Transform=Matrix.Transformation2D(new Vector2(100, 100), 0f, new Vector2(0, 0), new Vector2(200, 200), 70f, Vector2(20, 20)); sprite.Draw2D(texture, new Point(0,0), 0f, new Point(0, 0), Color.White); sprite.End(); It draws the texture but no transformation occurs, any help will be appreciated, thnx.
