Hello again. Is there a similar function for glMultiTexCoord2fARB() from OpenGL for DirectX? I need to alter the texturecoordinates. Or do I have to look the vertexbuffer every time the LOD level increases/decreases for example? Thanks Alex

D3D has no immediate mode, so everything has to be done in vertex buffers. You'll need to lock the buffer, update it, then render. (that's still more efficient than GL's immediate mode though)

Thanks!

So I´m at the right way. I have read the it reduces the performance when locking the buffer. But I still didn´t know how to alter information like the coordinates or the normals of the vertex differently. But however, thanks to you. This has answered some other questions...
