How can I call a hardware interrpt or/and send directly information to the hardware? How does memory table looks like? How can I reserve my own software interrupt? I need information about this question? I looked for that in google but I found only defenition about IRQ not how can I use it. Thanks for help in advance!

You can only do this if your app is running in privileged mode which usually means you are using DOS or you are writing an operating system.

Or a device driver...
