Is there such thing as a 3D art programm for makeing 3D enviroments?

3DS Max ($expensive) Maya ($Also expensive)
Blender ($Free) Wings3D ($Also free)
Milkshape3D ($~30) Anim8tor ($Free)

The list goes on and on.

99% of all 3d modeling apps allow you to model environments unless its for a very specialized use.

One more thing im very very new at 3D moding and i dont know how to work anything but blender =( thos programms with 4 windows i cant figur out how to use them

No not really. I don't really like most local bands. It seems that they're all trying to be the next Mudvayne.

Yea, im in a local band and we trying to be differnt form all metal bands

Use Wings3D if more complex apps confuse you... simple, intuitive interface, and even better, it's free!

I havent used it, but I hear sketchup is a good environment modelling program, based on sketching your layout and extruding details. Could be worth a look, saw some cool demo vids a while back

edit: I say environment, I think its best suited to urban areas, buildings etc, architecture

Yea but im try to get it were i can make a fully 3d world like it would take an hour to run across in the game

Choose any program, and buy a book.
You're not going to learn without working at it, that's a lesson for everything.
