Problem on GL Matrix Operation

For the following code: // viewport transform for 1:1 pixel=texel=data mapping //specify matrix type glMatrixMode(GL_PROJECTION); //Reset the projection matrix glLoadIdentity(); gluOrtho2D(0.0,texSize,0.0,texSize); glMatrixMode(GL_MODELVIEW); glLoadIdentity(); glViewport(0,0,texSize,texSize); what operation has done? The main problem is, what is GL_MODELVIEW? Also, after code above executed, where will the result put in? THX

From the looks of things, you're getting ahead of yourself.
If you don't know what the model view matrix is I suggest you check this (http://shadowconflict.com/opengl.html) out before you go any further.
