Just in Time for a Coffee Break: Pile & Pop Now Available for Mac and PC Sept 14th 2006- Bitbliss Studios, www.bitbliss.com, is pleased to release their newest game, Pile & Pop, for both Mac and PC. Pile & Pop is a game of quick and clever thinking for all ages and involves a unique design of picking up and dropping colored bricks around a gameboard. Form sets of colors to “pop” the bricks and create huge combos to score big points. Sounds simple? You’re in for a surprise! The strategic depth is amazing and time is always against you. Download the free demo to see if you have what it takes. Join Tisylee and experience two different modes of play in Pile & Pop. Arcade Mode is a test of quick thinking and fast reflexes as the pile of bricks grows ever faster. In Strategy Mode each move you make adds more bricks to the pile, so efficiency becomes the keyword of this high-thinking game. To help you on your way, there are many power-ups which can be earned through smart moves, ranging from stopping time to destroying entire rows of bricks in a fell swoop. Each mode of play has three difficulty levels, making Pile & Pop accessible for all age levels. Pile & Pop comes with an absolutely free demo available from the Bitbliss website at www.bitbliss.com. Gain trophies, high scores, and unlimited play in the full version, which is just a click away!

It's a bit disappointing to see that this thread has no replies, as there's quite a nice game behind it. You should post some screenshots to give a better impression of the game.

I like the polished visual style you've got going there, it shows a lot of time went in there. There were a few oddities, if not bugs - the wall of brick ability auto-activating and the lack of keyboard control over powerup applying (for example, when applying the multicolor powerup, bricks can only be chosen with the mouse).
However, they don't distract from the gameplay, and it's a fine game. Only thing I'd like to see perhaps are some more game modes. ;)
