Bringing Milkshape into OpenGL

Hey All: I created a 3D graphic in Milkshape. How do I bring that into my OpenGL and C++ code. As a place holder for my 3D graphic I put the crate from NeHe's Lesson 6, so I want to replace the crate with the other 3D graphic that I modeled in Milkshape. Does anyone have any instructions or code that they have used to do this? Please help!
