I've got animations working fine with a skeletal animation with 5 different animation sets. But when I load Tiny.x (the one with 4 animations), they do not work. I've zoomed in past the mesh, and I do see some movement. It appears to be a small white ball moving up and down inside the hips of the model (I think its Tiny's eyeball). I translate/scale the mesh to a bounding sphere, so this position is the center of the mesh. So my question is: why would Tiny not work when other mesh's do? I thought I've heard of people having trouble with Tiny before, but I could not find any specific info when searching. Any idea what is "different" with the tiny animation that I would have trouble with? Thanks for any help.

Actually note that the Tiny file has two meshes.. one is tiny and the other is a tiny white ball. That file is messed as she is scaled up massively and is exported wierd from max.
