Outer bounds from camera height

Hi, If I have a camera at 0,0,-80 looking at 0,0,0 is there some quick and dirty formula that I can use to work out the visible outer edges of the x/y plane at 0,0,0? I realise that this should be an extension of perspective projection but for the life of me the actual code to do this eludes me at the moment :(

horizontal_width = 80 * tan( horizontal_fov/2) * 2
vertical_width = 80 * tan( vertical_fov/2 ) * 2

(assuming the fov is measured from side to side)

If you have an aspect ratio, then you compute one width from the fov, and the other using the aspect ratio.
