How to copy from a RGB surface to YUV surface

According to C# Overlay example , I have rewrite the sample to work on Nvidia card ( my machines all is NVidia) . I can create overlay surface on YUV , but the back surface I created a normal RGB. When I use overlaySurface.Draw(rgbSurface,DirectDraw.DrawFlags.DoNotWait) , the system told that it throw and UnsupportException . Do you know how to write on Yuv surface with data from Rgb surface ?
