hello. i been programming in TC++ for over 2 yrs. (my old posts may tell you). now i got myself VC++. i'm as fresh to it as a fish out of water. can anybody direct me to any good function-reference books for VC 2005 express edition? thanks! by the by, i want Open GL for VC++. if i have any problems setting up OpenGL, i'll contact you.

The MSDN has all the information you need, found here. It can be a bit tricky to find your way around at first but there is a search feature. It has lots of samples and tutorials as well as API descriptions (including OpenGL). You may have a lot of the information already installed with DevStudio - highlight a library function and press F1.
