What's the difference between Rigid Body Kinematics and Rigid Body Dynamics? And also, what exactly is Langarian Dynamics?

The main difference between Rigid Body Kinematics and Rigid Body Dynamics is one focuses on the kinematic properties (position and momentum for example), and the other focuses on forces. Lagrangian dynamics is a reformulation of the laws of Newtonian dynamics due to the French/Italian mathematician Joseph Louis Lagrange

You probably mean "Lagrangian". It should be easy to google for Lagrangian mechanics.
LaGrange tends to determine motion based on the conversation of energy. Here's a simple example:

Problem:A ball at rest drops from a height h. How fast is it travelling when it impacts the ground?Solution:E = Kinetic + Potential = mvv/2 + mgy;So Ei = 0 + mgh = mgh, Ef = mvv/2 + mg(0) = mvv/2Ef - Ei = 0 -> Ef = Eimvv/2 = mghv = sqrt(2gh)
