Gentle folk I would like to have a suggestion about a good OpenGL GUI for simple games and simulations with OpenGL that should allow cross-platform portability. There are a lot of them opensource and free: pui, glow, glui, openglui, openglgui, guide, glgooey, libufo, oglwfw, cegui, glam, opengl gui Bramstein, etc. Before starting to test all of them loosing a bunch of time, in your opinion and accordingly with your experience, which one is the right choice for creating an UI of average complexity? Can you give me some advice please? Thank you in advance. Kind regards

well, being the guy who wrote the oglwfw i can tell you that it's not a gui framework, it's just a framework for opening a window to display opengl in [grin] It's also not cross-platform right now either...
Ooops. Cut & Paste mistake.

Anyway can someone give me a suggestion?
Although I've had only limited experience with it, CEGUI is very powerful. My recommendation is to try them all out and see which one you prefer and find easiest.
